Renovation rustico

The goal of living in the rustico all year round made it necessary to demolish 90% and rebuild the previous (partly illegally constructed) buildings and to plan an expansion. The building was equipped with the latest technology such as insulation, PV system, power storage with emergency power, heat pump, electric charging station, smart home functions, etc.

2019 building application deposito, street

06/2020 building permit (6 months delayed by Covid19)

06/2020 start of construction

08/2020 purchase of plots for access

12/2020 construction of the attic

Moving in is planned for spring 2021
